01How do credits work?
You buy a pack of credits and use them to book classes. Reformer, Tower, Barre and Chair classes cost 10 credits, mat classes 7 credits.
A pack's validity starts with your first booking, not with the purchase.
02What is the cancellation policy?
Classes: free cancellation up to 12 hours before the class starts. If you cancel later or don't show up, the credits are still deducted.
Personal training: 24 hours' notice.
03How do I book personal training?
Personal training can't be booked online. Just email us at info@pilateszeit.de or use our contact form. We'll find the right instructor for you and get back to you directly.
04Is there video training?
Yes! Members can use our video platform at no extra cost. Non-members can register too and use the platform at the corresponding rate.
